Building Management & Automation System

A Building Management System (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems. Its core function is to manage the environment within the building and may control temperature, carbon dioxide levels and humidity within a building.

Home automation is a residential extension of Building Automation. It may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security.

Remote Control & Alerting
Home automation can also provide a remote interface to home appliances, garage doors, garden irrigation or the automation system itself, via telephone line, wireless transmission or the internet, to provide control and monitoring via a smartphone or web browser. G5 Infra SCOM-100 GSM Controller with I/O expansion capability can form the basis for wireless remote control, status and alarm monitoring in residential applications, including ON/OFF and time scheduled control of lighting, air conditioning, home appliances and garden irrigation.

The ARC-10 GSM controller can be a right choice for applications with lower requirements, as garage door opening, heating ON/OFF control and security alarm monitoring.

SMALL MAINTENANCE ISSUES CAN QUICKLY TURN INTO BIG PROBLEMS.

We welcome and celebrate different perspectives to help our firm, our clients and our people.
